1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Sale or promotional clearance items (if specified at purchase)

  • Personalized or custom-made products (if applicable)

3. How to Request a Refund

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

4. Refund Process

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

If you do not see the refund after this period, please contact your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please request a refund and place a new order.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product).

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other external factors.

However, if your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us and we will assist you in tracking your package.

8. Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.
All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed.

If a cancellation request is made before the order has been shipped and within the allowed cancellation period, the order will be successfully canceled.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In that case, customers may proceed with a standard return request after receiving the item.

≥24 hours (In production process): 25% cancellation fee
≥3 days (Production is completed): 50% cancellation fee
Once shipped: Can’t be canceled
